2023 Courses Now Available

We are excited to announce that MQEprep will be offering a combination of online and in-person courses for 2023.

At this time, we have not been able to secure meeting room spaces as the venues we generally use are not yet accepting bookings. Our intention is to offer two in-person courses in 2023 unless it becomes logistically impractical to do so - we will give ample notice if plans change and plan to offer online courses on those dates if we are unable to host in-person courses.

MQEprep Going Online (again) in 2022

As much as we would have liked to have been able to offer in-person courses, there is still too much uncertainty regarding the logistics of holding in-person courses, not limited to but including that the venues that we use are not accepting bookings.

We understand everyone has Zoom fatigue, and that online learning comes with challenges. In order to mitigate some of the challenges and to ensure you have a positive learning experience, our 2022 course will include:

  • Multiple instructors throughout the two-day online course - to keep things fresh, share different perspectives, and help keep you engaged

  • An online course portal that will include a discussion forum, chat boards for each MQE practice question, and other online materials to assist you in your studies before and after the course.

MQE 2021 Results

Congratulations to all successful writers on the 2021 MQE. We would also like to acknowledge the incredible accomplishments of Janece Boersma and John Drake who both received Gold medals, Eric Boehem who received the Silver medal, and Claire Neale and Michael Zelma who both received Bronze medals. Well done!

Study Smart

If you’re planning on writing the Membership Qualification Exam (MQE) this year, the thought of studying this summer may already be lingering in the back of your mind. Many of you have likely written the UFE or other similar professional exams and already have well-established study methods. While aspects of your approach may be transferrable to the MQE, there is a difference. You don’t need 2 full-time months to prepare for the MQE!
